Are you frustrated with trying to learn how to create balloon decorations from watching videos? This Fun Workshop will teach you the fundamentals of balloon design. The easy hands-on instruction will ease your frustration, as it includes training on classic balloon decor (columns, arches), making framework, outdoor and indoor installations, and design and color theory elements. All classroom supplies and lunch are provided, balloons, workbook, and vendors list.
The workshop is scheduled for Sunday, April 3, 2022, from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm at The Party Palooza (inside The York Galleria Mall, Lower Level), 2899 Whiteford Rd., York PA 17402.
